AIRBNB: ROOMS CAMPAIGN
Taylor supported the multi-channel Airbnb Rooms campaign that launched over 50 new features all with the intention to help guests experience a city like a local by staying with one and getting to know the Host.

Product Release
As the Associate Producer, Taylor supported the creative and development team’s design-driven approach to the Rooms campaign. This included storyboarding the guest and Host journey – from sign up to checking out, and every step in between. The creative team created a blueprint of the experience – every screen, every policy, and every interaction with customer support mapped out. Taylor managed the digital projects including file organizing, tracking progress, schedule development, and more.
